Epiclesis Consulting is happy to offer a number of editorial services. (To learn more about how each of these services fits into the process of turning an idea into a published book, watch the video or click on any of the items about which you would like more information.)
Click on the Contact link to request an estimate for the editorial services your project requires. (Hourly rates range from $30 to $38, depending on the service provided and the amount of work the text requires. However, most authors prefer a flat per-project rate for easier budgeting. Unless otherwise specified, the proposal will be prepared based on a flat rate.)
Trish O’Connor is experienced in polishing text for publication. Although Epiclesis Consulting is willing to accept a variety of projects, her background makes her especially qualified for works, whether fiction or nonfiction, with a spiritual angle. Recent projects have included Kierkegaard’s Existentialism by George Leone, From Willow Creek to Sacred Heart by Chris Haw, The Great War and the Death of God by Charles O’Connor, and When the River Wakes Up by Alyson Quinn. Whether you are preparing to seek a publisher for your work or have decided to self-publish, your book will benefit from her editorial experience and her familiarity with one of the most commonly used style manuals in the United States, The Chicago Manual of Style, 16th Edition.
